Chest width is measured flat, about 1" below the armhole, seam to seam (this is half of the full chest circumference). Measurements can vary up to 1". Since every shirt is made to order, we're unable to offer exchanges for sizing — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
